As the prospect of a hard Brexit looms, Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary made some dire predictions about its effect on UK airlines. 

When asked about a hard Brexit during the Irish low-cost carrier's latest earnings call, O'Leary replied that while it's still two years away from happening, the expected effect on his airline will not be substantial.

BRUSSELS -- Former NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen says Russia's assertive behavior toward NATO may last for decades.

In an interview with RFE/RL on November 7, Rasmussen said Russians felt "humiliated and betrayed during the 1990s and that is the reason why there is a strong Russian desire to restore Russian greatness in the former Soviet Union territory."

Rasmussen said he is "concerned that this may last as long as the Cold War."

Nestlé's planned expansion of a plant in Michigan is sparking protests and calls for boycott. 

The Swiss bottled water giant is planning to nearly double the amount of groundwater it pumps from a plant opened in 2009 in Osceola Township, Michigan, The Guardian reported. If approved, Nestlé will begin pumping water at a rate of 400 gallons-per-minute.

It looks as though it's going to be another down year for Wall Street bonuses.

That's according to a report from the compensation consultant Johnson Associates, which predicts lower "incentive compensation" for professionals across financial services this year.
