DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) — One of two men charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Davenport last year has agreed to testify against everyone involved. The Quad-City Times reports 21-year-old Nakita Ronschel Wiseman Jr., of Bettendorf, pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary and second-degree robbery as part of a deal with prosecutors. NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — An 11-year-old boy whose yodeling at an Illinois Walmart started a wave of attention has signed a record deal. Mason Ramsey signed with Atlantic Records and Nashville-based Big Loud Records. The Tennessean reports he's also released his debut single, "Famous." RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A former Virginia sheriff's deputy who also worked as a Washington, D.C., police officer is facing sentencing on federal charges of illegally dealing in firearms. Fifty-one-year-old Richard S. Wince was to be sentenced Monday in Richmond after pleading guilty to dealing firearms without a license. Prosecutors are asking for 12 to 18 months in prison. BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) — Authorities say a Washington police officer was arrested after an allegation of domestic violence assault. A release issued Saturday by the Bellevue Police Department says the officer, a 16-year veteran of the force, was arrested early Saturday and booked into the King County Jail in connection with an assault that "was alleged to have occurred approximately three weeks ago in the city of Bellevue." A motorist died Sunday after driving a car down an embankment on Interstate 680 in Dublin — the second traffic fatality within hours, authorities said. The incident was reported just after 11 a.m. near the Stoneridge Drive off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol. The vehicle tumbled down an embankment and landed on its roof in the bushes, the CHP said. CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Police in Tennessee say a woman has been charged in the death of a 4-month-old girl. Clarksville police spokesman Jim Knoll says in a news release that 25-year-old Sarah Danielle Scribner was charged with criminal homicide. The statement says officers who answered a call about an unresponsive child Saturday night found the infant at a home in Clarksville. The infant was pronounced dead at a hospital. Scribner is being held in the Montgomery County Jail. Jail records don't indicate whether Scribner has an attorney.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Authorities say an inmate was arrested after walking away from a Multnomah County work crew in downtown Portland.
