Going to plough on & start next season & end of Feb - start of March. This even though Covid will still be an issue, fans attending
Games likely to be locked out until late April !

The lad hasn't put a foot wrong since being with us and looks a real good prospect. It is a shame that the rest of our team don`t seem to show the same commitment he has to the team. I imagine once both Innes brothers fill out a little bit in the next couple of years, they could become a real force in SL.

Pauli Pauli done for putting his weight on the ball when regaining his feet ,Leeds did it the following set and nothing done. It happens so often in games without a penalty being given.
Incorrect ptb happens regularly & ref will only ping it when he feels like it.

I am sick of seeing referees giving penalties (often against Wire!) when they call 'held' and the player is then dragged into touch, or into the in-goal area. In nearly all the instances I have seen, the tackle still appears to be in progress when 'held' is called. It's one of those rules where the punishment far outweighs the so-called crime. Now the CC has been completed, we can focus on the league. Although a top 4 finish would be nice, it is going to be tough given we have 6 fixtures remaining to be played over 17 days: i presume the Catalan match will not be re-arranged.

For me, I would like to see Walker, Tindall, Broadbent, McLelland, Holroyd, Walters, O'Connor, Mustapha & Smith to be rotated in and allowed to play alongside relatively strong sides.

For Friday, I would go:-

After watching the NRL play offs albeit a 16 team league we would be better with a 14 team SL and top 8 playoff or at least top 6 as this seems to work better and offer far more interest than our current model.

Ok the NRL is of a higher standard, yes the 8th placed team can win the Grand Final but surely from a fan and TV perspective it’s far more interesting than just the top four playing off.

With the cancellation of the Wigan match, this one is important on 2 levels.

Firstly, the game needs to take place so we can get closer to the minimum number of matches played to qualify for the play offs and secondly we need to win it!

We have mixed form at home against Hull so fingers crossed we will be able to get the win and keep the pressure on the other clubs around us.
