I have seen enough to conclude that Wigan are not good enough to win anything this season. So the rest of the season should be used to develop the younger players who showed tremendous promise in the midweek Derby against Saints. The last two woeful semi-final performances have shown that Lam is completely incapable of delivering when it matters. Having read all the recent postings on here + social media, the general feelings coming over seems to be that people are quite
Bored with Wakey at the moment, they are miles off being a team, they cannot play 80 mins although it pains me to say this !
No where near Salford, we are the worst team in super league.
I worry about next season's - season ticket holders coming back for more of this, I will be buying mine but numbers will be down ?

In the last 53 weeks we've played 3 semi finals and not showed up in any of them.

I can't think what our game plan was in any of them. Leeds played the conditions perfect today - can anyone tell me what our game plan was?

Fully expect us to get to the last four and then lose when it really matters - Lam is completely out of his depth in big games and the team look like rabbits in the headlights when it matters.

I hope we're looking at a new coach for next season that isn't a mate of Radlinski.

Well we started really well then came up with too many errors. Ashton with a couple of poor moments in defence but looked really dangerous going forward. Currie was pushed over playing the ball and they get the ball for a knock on! They made a truly horrific restart near the end and nothing. Tykes attack on ratchfords knee was awful. We deserve the lead but Salford will be happy to be 6 behind, safe to say we need to sharpen up a bit second half. Hill has been great so far.

Having said that, with the amount of games he's missed over the lase couple of seasons, for various reasons, a 3/4 decent prop who can make it 8 or 9 times out of 10 would likely be a better option, although, plating on the "front line", every player will pick up some injuries.

Very nice, I might buy one for the first time since it was blue and pink hoops...

I caught an article on North West tonight the other day where they asked the good people of St Helens who would win in the wigan v Leeds game and most people said Wigan without any real hint of disdain. When asked who would win out of Salford and Warrington a couple hesitantly stated warrington but looked like they had been sick in their mouth when they uttered the word warrington and one couldn't bring themselves to say Warrington and said Salford would win.

Going to be a very tough watch but the awareness he has raised for this terrible disease during all hes dealinf with is truly remarkable. He was a hero on the pitch but even more so off it. But we all know that.
