Astronomers have discovered what could be two planets sharing the same orbit around their star. They say it's the strongest evidence yet of this bizarre cosmic pairing. long suspected but never proven. Using a telescope in Chile, the Spanish-led team spotted a cloud of debris in the same orbit as an already confirmed planet circling the star, 370 light-years away. In-N-Out will bar employees in five states from wearing masks unless they have a doctor’s note, according to internal company emails leaked on social media last week. The policy, which goes into effect August 14, applies to all In-N-Out employees in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Utah, except for those who need to wear masks or other protective gear for job duties like working in the patty room or painting. Attorneys for a Baltimore teen accused of fatally shooting a baseball bat-wielding motorist last summer presented a self-defense argument during opening statements at his first-degree murder trial, which opened Tuesday in Baltimore Circuit Court. Prosecutors say motorist Timothy Reynolds approached youths washing windshields at an intersection near Baltimore's Inner Harbor and one of the youths shot him five times. Defense attorney J. Authorities are investigating whether a cylindrical object about the size of a small car that washed up on an Australian beach is part of a foreign rocket. The Vatican prosecutor has given his closing arguments in the Vatican's big financial trial. Prosecutor Alessandro Diddi says his indictments of 10 people, including a cardinal, for alleged financial crimes held up under two years of testimony, scrutiny, criticism and defense motions. Diddi's closing continues this week and next. The court then takes a summer recess and resumes at the end of September with defense closing arguments. A verdict is expected before the end of the year.
