CINCINNATI (AP) — An Ohio prosecutor says no one will face criminal charges for the failed response to a 16-year-old student who died trapped in a minivan parked near his school. Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters (DEE'-turs) says his office has reviewed the Cincinnati police and Hamilton sheriff's office investigations and two independent reviews that were contracted for by the city. (AP) — A couple has been charged with identity theft after the man's son applied for a college loan and discovered his credit rating had been ruined by unpaid utility bills and credit card debts. New York State Police on Thursday say 44-year-old Thomas Cash and his wife, 39-year-old Alisha Cash, were arrested in Madison County, Alabama and extradited to face fraud charges in New York. State police say in a Facebook post they were alerted to the "uncooperative" pig along the interstate in Palmyra on Wednesday. ROCHEPORT, Mo. (AP) — The Missouri State Highway Patrol says three vehicles, including a school bus, were involved in a crash on Interstate 70 near Rocheport. Officials say a passenger car spun out on the Missouri River Bridge early Thursday. The Baltimore Sun reports a judge on Tuesday denied the peace order granted last week after a Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra employee accused Jonathan Carney of threatening her. But the BSO announced Tuesday that Carney's suspension will continue through Sunday, citing his "unprofessional manner and exercising poor judgment." Carney's attorney, Neil J. BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Police in Louisiana say two people have been killed and two others wounded in a shooting at the parking lot of a deli. The Baton Rouge Police Department told news outlets that the shooting was reported 10 p.m. Wednesday. Police say 42-year-old Johnell Davis was found dead at the scene, along with a 39-year-old man whose name has not been released yet.
