Indiana governor silent amid calls for AG to resign
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb was silent on Thursday amid growing calls for Republican Attorney General Curtis Hill to resign after four women accused him of drunkenly groping them at an Indianapolis bar. Hill is an independently elected officeholder. But Holcomb, as governor, is the de facto head of the state GOP and could ratchet up pressure on the embattled attorney general to step down.
