GROTON, Conn. (AP) — The U.S. Navy's newest attack submarine, the USS Colorado, joined the fleet Saturday in a ceremony at Connecticut's Naval Submarine Base. CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Police say someone stole thousands of dollars in electronics from the University of North Carolina men's basketball team locker room and office while they were away for the ACC tournament. UNC-Chapel Hill campus police said on Twitter that the break-in happened at the Dean Smith Center on March 9, and they released images of a man they believe may have been involved. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Long-haul carrier Emirates says a flight attendant who fell from an emergency exit of a Boeing 777 parked in Uganda has died. Facebook is suspending Cambridge Analytica, a data-analysis firm that worked for the Trump campaign, while it investigates whether the company held onto improperly obtained user data after telling Facebook it had deleted the information. While Dickson isn't intended to be a replacement for Jimmy Graham, he is the kind of tight end Seattle needs if it's going to return to an offense that controls the game with the run. ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — An incentive package of more than $5 billion to try to lure Amazon's second headquarters to Maryland has moved closer to passage in the Senate. The Senate gave the measure preliminary approval Friday. Senators could vote on the bill Monday night. The measure includes a package of state income, property and sales tax credits. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said that 2015 regulations from the Federal Communications Commission could wrongly classify every smartphone as an autodialing device subject to anti-robocall fines. Fuller is the Bears' transition player, and the tag gives Chicago five days to match the offer.
