WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Thousands of people protested in Warsaw and other cities across Poland on Friday against the conservative government's latest attempt to restrict abortion. ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — Four months ago, Shaim Russell knew nothing about carpentry. "I could hang up a picture in the house, banging a nail into the wall," the 31-year-old truck driver said. A passenger who was bumped off a full flight has scored the maximum prize — a $10,000 travel voucher. A spokesman for United Airlines confirmed Friday that a passenger got the big voucher, but he didn't name the person. HOUSTON (AP) — Authorities issued a warrant Friday for the arrest of Pro Bowl defensive end Michael Bennett, accused of injuring a paraplegic woman as he tried get onto the field at last year's Super Bowl to celebrate with his brother. DENVER (AP) — The U.S. Army wants to change the way it destroys part of its huge stockpile of obsolete chemical weapons in Colorado, but some people worry that could increase the chances of contamination escaping into the air. HOUSTON (AP) — The number of rigs exploring for oil and natural gas in the U.S. increased by five this week to 995. That exceeds the 809 rigs that were active this time a year ago. Houston oilfield services company Baker Hughes reported Friday that 804 rigs drilled for oil this week and 190 for gas. One was listed as miscellaneous. NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of the digital file storage company Dropbox are soaring after the company set its offering price above expectations. The San Francisco company was offering about 26.8 million shares of stock at $21 apiece, while selling shareholders were offering about 9.2 million shares. It was previously expected to offer shares at a range of $18 to $20. The stock rose $8.88, or 42 percent, to $29.89 in its first day of trading on the Nasdaq Friday.
