NEW YORK (AP) — A former cast member of the television reality series "Bad Girls Club" has pleaded guilty in New York to wire fraud. Shannade Clermont entered the plea Thursday in Manhattan federal court. Prosecutors say the 24-year-old Clermont stole debit card information from a man who died shortly after a "prostitution date" with her. BOSTON (AP) _ Stag Industrial Inc. (STAG) on Thursday reported a key measure of profitability in its third quarter. The results matched Wall Street expectations. The real estate investment trust, based in Boston, said it had funds from operations of $49.9 million, or 45 cents per share, in the period. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 45 cents per share. HILLSBORO, Mo. (AP) — Four alleged members or associates of a white supremacist gang known as the Aryan Circle have been indicted after an assault in eastern Missouri. Federal prosecutors said in a news release that 43-year-old Thomas Wilson, of Villa Ridge; 31-year-old Daniel Jerome, of Wentzville; 34-year-old Thomas Tisher, of St. Louis; and 28-year-old Dustin Haney, of Hermann, were indicted Wednesday. DETROIT (AP) — Officials in Michigan announced Thursday that the governor has created a team to address funeral home problems after authorities recently found remains of dozens of fetuses at two Detroit funeral homes. The team will include members from multiple state agencies and will investigate allegations of improper body disposal, prepaid funeral violations and other complaints. HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) — The case of a woman accused in her 11-month-old daughter's death in Alabama will be considered for indictment. AL.com reports 30-year-old Porsha Bole appeared Thursday in Madison County District Court for a preliminary hearing. Judge Claude Hundley ruled prosecutors have enough evidence to send her case to a grand jury. Bole and 28-year-old Joshua Foster are charged with aggravated child abuse in their daughter Arianna Foster's death. It appears 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard will start tonight against the Raiders despite dealing with a sprained right wrist that had his status in doubt during the week.
