WASHINGTON (AP) — Two people have been arrested in the nation's capital after a woman was doused with gasoline and set on fire during a street brawl. Kandiyohi sheriff's deputies responded to the field near Willmar Wednesday about 3 p.m. The body was taken to the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. WESTCHESTER, Ill. (AP) _ Ingredion Inc. (INGR) on Thursday reported third-quarter earnings of $95 million. The Westchester, Illinois-based company said it had profit of $1.32 per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs, were $1.70 per share. The food sweetener, starch and nutritional ingredient company posted revenue of $1.45 billion in the period.
