WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — Police say they are investigating a shooting in Massachusetts that took a turn when a bag of drugs fell out of the pocket of a hospitalized victim. A 21-year-old man was shot twice in the back Friday night in Worcester, and was uncooperative with authorities at St. Vincent's Hospital. A bag of what appears to be crack cocaine fell out of the pocket of the man and was given to an officer. The victim will be issued a summons to appear in court. CHICAGO (AP) — Authorities say they are investigating the case of two toddlers seen dangling and later rescued from a second floor ledge of a Chicago apartment building. Video of the Tuesday incident shows people standing with outstretched hands prepared to catch the diapered toddlers, believed to be two-year-old twins.
