Alec Baldwin's pouty-lipped Donald Trump impression has helped contribute to one of the highest-rated and most culturally relevant seasons of Saturday Night Live in years, but now the star is ready to take his faux POTUS on the road. Or as he told ABC News, "There's discussions about other venues we might pursue to further express our gratitude and admiration for the Trump administration."

The 10-episode event series is a topical new drama from Fox that explores the aftermath of two racially charged shootings, one involving a white teenage and one involving a black teenager, in a small Southern town. The series premiere, which airs Wednesday, March 22, opens with a storyline in which a white teenager is shot and killed by a black cop (Mack Wilds) who may be racist, a controversial decision that will probably strike some viewers as odd and out of touch. According to co-creator Gina Prince-Bythewood, the decision was purposeful.

Fox has debuted another trailer for APB, a new series starring Weeds' Justin Kirk as a billionaire who infuses a Chicago police precinct with millions of dollars in order to create a tech-savvy department and solve the murder of his best friend. The series aims to "present an optimistic vision of what policing can be" said executive producer Len Wiseman during the show's panel at the Television Critics Association winter press tour Wednesday.

ABC bumps Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and HTGAWM returns for Trump When rumors swirled over the summer that Season 6 would be the hit political thriller's final season, creator Shonda Rhimes responded that it was not, though she did have an "ending in mind."

Talks of a spin-off of Fox's Empire have been going on since the summer of 2015 -- probably even earlier behind closed doors, as the show's Season 1 ratings are something of a legend in the business -- and they haven't cooled off, according to show creator Lee Daniels. Fox did not respond to requests for confirmation as of press time. Early word on the spin-off is that it would be based on the past of Cookie Lyons, the breakout character portrayed on Empire by Taraji P. Henson.

The event series will only be nine episodes, down from the previously announced 10, which wasn't a network call but the executive decision of creator Paul T. Scheuring and his cast. Freddie Stroma, who played aspiring maester Samwell Tarly's (John Bradley) handsome brother Dickon in one brief, but memorable, scene in Season 6 of Game of Thrones, will not be returning to the HBO fantasy series in Season 7. The actor confirmed his departure to IGN, saying that due to scheduling conflicts with his new ABC series Time After Time, he's not able to reprise the role. Fox is rebooting Love Connection with Andy Cohen, the network announced Wednesday at the Television Critics Association winter previews. The new series will send single men and women on three blind dates, after which they will have a debrief in front of a live studio audience moderated by Cohen. The show will "absolutely" feature same-sex couples, David Madden, president Entertainment of Fox Entertainment, told reporters.

Fox has renewed Empire for an 18 episode long Season 4, the network announced Wednesday at the Television Critics Association winter previews. The Mick stars Kaitlin Olson as Mickey, an irresponsible woman who unexpectedly becomes the parental guardian of three children after her estranged sister and brother-in-law are arrested on charges of fraud and tax evasion.

Fox Television Group Chairman and CEO Gary Newman told reporters at the Television Critics Association winter press tour Wednesday that the network is proud of the show and a decision regarding the future of the drama, which stars Kylie Bunbury as the first female pitcher in Major League Baseball, has not yet been made. Because if we're going to go forward with it, we certainly want to believe we're going to grow the show.

In another scene coming soon, she falls and lands face-down on top of a car, and, while filming, she told her co-star Scott MacArthur (he plays her freeloading boyfriend) that he could turn on the wipers. TOKYO (AP) — Honda Motor Co. is recalling 772,000 additional Honda and Acura vehicles in the U.S. for defective front passenger seat air bag inflators made by Japanese supplier Takata Corp. More than 100 million vehicles involving 17 automakers have been recalled worldwide, including 69 million in the U.S. alone, underscoring the scale of the crisis. Because of the scope of the recalls, the replacements are going to take years.
