While we are on the subject there is a nasty little scam going around at the moment.
If you receive a text allegedly from the NHS saying they have recognised you as eligible for the Covid vaccine be very careful.

My mother in law got one and filled in the form that a link took you too. Apart from the text being a number not the standard NHS header that many will be aware of it just didn’t sound right. She’s 78 and not very savvy.

spurs is an awful fixture for us any day of the week, their style and the way they hit on the counter with Son and Kane we play into their hands.

9 points from 12 over the christmas period is brilliant so we go there full of confidence and with no pressure. get this game out the way hopefully and avoid a fixture pile up that some teams are going to get now.

The Sky deal has got to be taken as unfortunately we don't have much choice. But they need to say because of the reduced terms it cannot be an exclusive deal. They also can't hold the rights to Championship and League 1 and then not really show any.

I've taken a Prime membership while they've had football, but will probably cancel it soon. If they had more sports content, including rugby league I would obviously stay subscribed.

I can see Amazon going for more games packages when the next Premier League rights bidding comes up.

I have 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2011.

Also got a DVD of 1950 - 2003 if you want that.

How many home games do you think you've seen? I've included CCup games, YC and Regal.

Started properly in 1989, I've averaged it out at 20 games a season but you can use any formula you want. I have not always been a season ticket holder due to other commitments so I can't use that as a guide but you can. I have not included away games, I don't think I'd know where to start on that.

So for me, it's 600 games of which I can only recall a few dozen with any clarity.

Pretty sure he has a girlfriend but don’t know if she’s joining him.

There is a large number of Samoans in the SL and they seem to offer a very strong support network so I’m less concerned than if it were an Aussie or Kiwi. In a way he was already living abroad now he’s just a bit further abroad. Hopefully he’ll be fine.

Nice interview with Ian in Yorkshire Post.
Anyone who has met him knows what an absolute diamond the guy is.
He's often overshadowed by his illustrious centre partner but Ian is a legend in his own right.
He'd fit right into the modern game in my opinion.

Certainly Mick Shoebottom and Alan Smith should enter the Hall of Fame. In my opinion Ray Batten should already be in and there are others too who qualify like Derek Hallas.

Very pleased that big Arthur Clues has finally been recognised. Just missed seeing him playing for Leeds but had many interesting chats with him. He has been highly rated by so many whose opinions I value and I would have loved to have seen him play. One of the true greats of rugby league.

Class tonight. They were poor but we put them to the sword which is what a good side would do. Alioski best game of season. Scored some quality goals. 6 points from those fixtures with our entire first choice centre backs out is unbelievable. Special mention to Struijk too who looks like he’s settling into things well. Could save us some money in the long run
