I see an earlier entry stating that Mr McLeod wasn’t popular and that he shouldn’t be accredited for the success of rugby league at John Fisher....It would appear this post is the anomaly in the thread. Mr McLeod was known and respected by colleagues and all good committed school boy sportsmen and his dedication to the game and coaching of the students was absolutely exceptional.
I guess in life people will always see the negative side if that’s the vibe that envelopes them.

Completed my Ryanair refund online and got a voucher which extends for 18 months for the accommodation in Perpignan so fingers crossed I hope I’ll be able to use it for next season, only the Stanstead parking is a no no, who’d have thought that a pandemic was in the list of reasons that’s out of their control for refunding, lousy money pinching sods.

So difficult to single any out as we have been absolutely spoiled and I agree with all the players mentioned.

That spell from Amos Roberts though was absolutely unbelievable.

For about 10 games he was unplayable, I’ve never seen anything like it on a rugby field in the pro game.

Literally every time he got the ball something happened and most of the time there looked to be nothing on.

Such a shame the way it ended.

Social distancing until 2022 is not sustainable in any society. Businesses will have to eventually get going again along with that public transport and movement of people.
This is not going to go away and will come back even with a vaccine, let's not forget, during the same period this has been going on, on average over the last 5 years probably 30000 people die of other Corona flu viruses. The same number this year.
It's the demand for those that dont succumb thats the big drain on NHS.
