RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A North Carolina woman has been charged with neglect after her daughter died last year after swallowing a drug mixture. Media outlets reported that 30-year-old Lacrystal Renee McClain of Garner is charged with felony child neglect and a weapons charge after a stolen handgun was found in her apartment. Investigators say 9-month-old Allie Gaines died Nov. 15 after swallowing heroin and fentanyl. LOS ANGELES (AP) _ RadNet Inc. (RDNT) on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $7.3 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier. On a per-share basis, the Los Angeles-based company said it had a loss of 15 cents. Earnings, adjusted for pretax expenses, were 13 cents per share.
