LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Attorney General Bill Schuette says tips about safety threats in Michigan schools set a record in February with 670 reports. Schuette says there were 119 tips about planned school attacks last month, compared to 146 in all of 2017. Suicide threats were the most-reported tip at 127. It's the first update on OK2SAY since the Parkland, Florida, school shooting on Feb. 14. The previous record for tips was 560 last October. CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — Jupiter’s poles are blanketed by geometric clusters of cyclones and its atmosphere is deeper than scientists suspected. These are just some of the discoveries reported by four international research teams Wednesday, based on observations by NASA’s Juno spacecraft circling Jupiter. COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say they have arrested a second guard at a South Carolina prison who they say was bribed by the same inmate. Arrest warrants say Corrections Department employee Kennetta Holloway was paid $100 to bring contraband into Allendale Correctional Institution for prisoner Levi Bing Jr. Holloway was charged Wednesday with accepting a bribe and misconduct in office.
