Johnny Depp's former business managers aren't through revealing the extravagant expenses the actor has racked up over the years. 

After a ruling by a Los Angeles judge that Depp's outrageous spending — which at one time totaled $2 million a month — is not relevant in the legal battle between Depp and The Management Group, TMG has re-framed its argument. And in doing so it has disclosed some more heavy spending by its former client.

EBay Inc on Thursday forecast that adjusted profit this quarter could fall below analysts' estimates, as it continues to invest in marketing and in revamping its platforms to attract more shoppers, sending shares down more than 4 percent.

San Jose, California-based eBay forecast third-quarter adjusted earnings of 46 to 48 cents per share. Analysts on average were expecting 48 cents per share, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

(Reuters) - Visa Inc, the world's largest payments network operator, on Thursday reported a better-than-expected quarterly profit and raised its full-year earnings forecast, as more people made payments using its network.

When the Warriors move into their new stadium in 2019, fans will also be getting a new set of rules and charges regarding ticket sales.

According to an ESPN report, Bay Area residents that wish to buy season tickets for the Warriors 2019-2020 season will have to also purchase a personal seat license, essentially paying for the right to buy season tickets year after year. It's a practice that is common in the NFL, but fairly rare in the NBA.

The United States is condemning an outbreak of violence in eastern Ukraine, calling it the deadliest 24-hour period so far this year.

Ukraine's military says nine soldiers have died in the east where Ukrainian forces and Russia-backed rebels have been fighting for more than three years.

Microsoft’s cloud business drove 13% revenue growth in the fourth quarter of its 2017 fiscal year, while the company’s earnings topped Wall Street targets thanks in large part to a hefty tax writeoff from its mostly-shuttered phone business.

Jacob Bourne, the head of Deutsche Bank’s inflation trading desk, has left the German lender, Bloomberg News’ Donal Griffin and Dakin Campbell reported Thursday.

Bourne helped run the desk for less than a year, during which it came under fire after risky bets on US inflation led to a loss of up to $60 million.

The losses reportedly sparked an internal investigation as to whether Deutsche employees breached risk limits.
