The Hague (dpa) - A prosecutor from the UN war crimes tribunal has called for the conviction of Serbian ultra-nationalist Vojislav Seselj for war crimes committed in the Balkans in the 1990s.Upholding the 2016 aquittal of Seselj, the chief of Serbian Radical Party, would be unjust, Prosecutor Mathias Marcussen said Wednesday in The Hague. Marcussen appealed for a guilty verdict and a 28-year sentence.Now 63, Seselj was accused of planning and inciting ethnic cleansing of non-Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia during the Yugoslav wars of the 1990s. NEW YORK (AP) — Target plans to boost its same-day delivery capability by paying $550 million for Shipt, its latest move to try to catch up with Amazon. Shipt delivers groceries to its members, who pay $99 a year. Target said Wednesday that it will add more products to the service next year, such as home goods and electronics, and most of its in-store products will be available on Shipt by 2019. Location-based virtual reality company Dreamscape Immersive closed a $30 million round of funding on Wednesday, spearheaded by AMC Entertainment, Nickelodeon and Dubai billionaire Majid Al Futtaim. The Los Angeles-based company, which uses body-mapping technology to allow up to six people to interact as full-body virtual avatars in a computer-generated world, also received investment from VRSense Solutions Limited, and Image Nation Abu Dhabi. A presumed North Korean boat that contained a dead body washed ashore in Japan Tuesday morning. The incident follows a number of similar incidents in the past few months. According to local authorities, the 35-foot vessel was found in central Japan, near Kashiwazaki City. The wooden boat had Korean characters on it and the dead man inside had a badge of North Korean founder Kim Il Sung. A second body was found less than half a mile away, though it is unclear if the second body is connected to the boat.
