Faced with migration crisis, US border chief finds no easy fix in Central America
Kevin McAleenan, the U.S.’s top border security official, traveled last week to Central America’s Northern Triangle — Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador — to seek their governments’ help and to bring attention to a migration surge he has declared “a crisis.”
