The rapper's lawyers have been leveling harsh criticism at Philadelphia Judge Genece Brinkley for months. Their latest filing asks Pennsylvania's high court to replace her with another judge. BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts hospitals provided $601 million in community benefits to local residents — including free or discounted care — during the 2017 fiscal year. That's according to a report published Monday by state Attorney General Maura Healey. The report said 58 hospitals filed community benefits reports for the fiscal year that ended June, 2017. COLLEGE PARK, Ga. (AP) — Georgia wildlife officials say a black bear was sighted at an Atlanta area train station. A Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority spokeswoman told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution the sighting took place at approximately 6:15 a.m. Monday at the College Park MARTA station. She said no passengers were in danger. (AP) — The Latest on news related to the killing of 17 people at a school in Parkland, Florida (all times local): 3:20 p.m. A task force has released a report with 100 recommendations for keeping kids safe in the wake of the Florida school shooting that killed 17. ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis police have identified the man whose fatal shooting forced closure of an interstate highway over the weekend. Police say 29-year-old Frencheric Nelson of East St. Louis, Illinois, was in the driver's seat of an SUV on Interstate 64 when he was fatally shot Saturday afternoon. Nelson's name was released Monday. Police have not released any other information about the shooting. No arrests have been disclosed. Officers found Nelson in the driver's seat of the SUV. Jim Justice has named the head of the West Virginia National Guard to oversee a program to help victims of 2016 floods obtain federal housing assistance after complaints of poor management and residents receiving no help. The school was locked down as police investigated an unconfirmed report of a person on campus with a gun.
