NEW YORK (AP) — Starbucks is reporting disappointing sales growth at its coffee shops around the world and says it will sell its Tazo tea brand to Unilever for $384 million. Shares of Starbucks Corp. fell 6 percent in after-hours trading Thursday. Starbucks, which bought Tazo about 18 years ago for $8.1 million, says it will now focus on its Teavana line. OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A probe of the Oklahoma State Department of Health is being changed to an investigative audit, meaning it could lead to criminal charges in the wake of the resignations of the agency's top two officials after they were accused of financial mismanagement. SEATTLE (AP) _ Starbucks Corp. (SBUX) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $788.5 million. On a per-share basis, the Seattle-based company said it had net income of 54 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 55 cents per share. The results matched Wall Street expectations. SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say a sheriff's deputy shot and killed a man who was armed with a pitchfork in North Sacramento. Sacramento County sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Shaun Hampton says officers responded to a call Thursday reporting a man was "acting erratic and despondent." Hampton says they arrived to find the man was holding a knife. WASHINGTON (AP) — Churches would gain the right to endorse political candidates and still retain their tax-free status under a provision in the House GOP's tax overhaul plan.
