An overturned tractor-trailer in Vacaville Monday sent some 6,000 gallons of organic sunflower oil cascading out of its busted casing and oozing down a nearby storm drain. The driver of the big rig was transported to a nearby trauma center with serious, but non-life threatening, injuries, said Battalion Chief Gary Mahlberg of the Vacaville Fire Department. The university's two-year cyber security and information assurance program covers how to prevent a hack and requires students to be familiar with networks, software and server administration.

Steven Dishman, 60, was arrested Sunday at a home in Springdale in northwest Arkansas by local law enforcement and state troopers, according to the state Department of Correction. State police spokesman Bill Sadler said there is an ongoing criminal investigation of Dishman's escape and anything that may have happened subsequent to it. Dishman was serving a seven-year sentence for theft of property and burglary convictions in Washington County when he escaped from the department's Benton Unit in central Arkansas on May 28, 1985.

(AP) — U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials are expected to begin repairing nine sections of a levee along the Black River in northeast Arkansas that was damaged by floods last month.
