Suits filed on behalf of 6 more passengers in Amtrak crash
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A law firm says it will be seeking punitive damages in lawsuits filed on behalf of six more passengers in the deadly May derailment of an Amtrak train in Philadelphia.
Eight people were killed and more than 200 were injured on May 12 when the train entered a sharp curve at more than twice the 50 mph speed limit.
