How major US stock indexes fared Tuesday
The major U.S. stock indexes finished unevenly Tuesday after President Donald Trump said the U.S. was withdrawing from a landmark nuclear deal with Iran. The policy shift, which would reinstate sanctions on the country, weighed on crude oil prices. Gains in banks and industrial companies were offset by losses in health care and consumer goods stocks.
