Beso Khardziani"s case
Gia Udesiani and a former director of the Prison # 8 Alexander Mukhadze will officially be recognized as accused for inhuman treatment tomorrow.
Due to their absence, the lawyers will accept charges and case materials.
According to the prosecutor"s Office, Gia Udesiani planned inhuman conditions in prison for Beso Khardziani, who was detained for purchase and storage of drugs in 2011. According to trhe investigation Udesiani wanted to become owner of the shares of the Turtle lake, owned by Khardziani. He asked his friend, a director of the prison to help him.
According to the prosecutor"s Office , Khardziani was under physical and psychological pressure during two weeks.
