Pilot dies in chopper crash on NSW south coast
A NSW RFS waterbombing pilot has died in a crash in the state's south coast while battling a 1700-hectare bushfire. Police have confirmed that the pilot, identified as Allan Tull, was the 'sole occupant' of the helicopter. Mr Tull was an experienced pilot who helped battle fires in Tasmania in 2016.
