The Herald of Rock Hill reports Lancaster County deputies charged 23-year-old DeAngelo Roseboro on Dec. 7 with unlawful carrying of a pistol. South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services spokesman Pete O'Boyle says Roseboro was arrested Wednesday.
