EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police say a Florence man who threatened to shoot everyone in his trailer park was arrested after a standoff with a SWAT team. Troopers responded to the trailer park Wednesday after getting reports that 54-year-old Scott Williams was drunk, disorderly and threatening violence.
