Allergan PLC shares ticked higher in the extended session Wednesday after the drugmaker said the Food and Drug Administration accepted for review a marketing application for a new acne treatment. Allergan shares rose 0.2% to $166 after hours, following a 2.3% decline in the regular session. The company said the FDA accepted a New Drug Application for Seysara to treat moderate-to-severe acne in patients 9 years old and older. Tehran, Dec 20, 2017 (AFP) - An earthquake was felt in the Iranian capital Tehran on Wednesday, sending hundreds of people running out onto the streets, AFP journalists reported. The quake measuring 5.2 magnitude struck shortly before 11:30 pm (2000 GMT), according to the seismological center of the University of Tehran. According to Census population estimates made public Wednesday, the state's population grew by about 2,000 people from 2016 to 2017— putting it at 1,059,639.
