Nashville has been awarded an expansion team by Major League Soccer, the league confirmed on Wednesday. MLS commissioner Don Garber, state governor Bill Haslam, and Nashville mayor Megan Barry were on hand to announce the Tennessee city as the league's 24th team. The High Point Enterprise reports police initially charged 19-year-old Dwight Gray Jr. with driving while consuming under the age of 21. A news release on Wednesday said Gray was also charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. Two passengers inside the car Gray was driving last Saturday died when the car crashed into a tree. SEATTLE (AP) — Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson has filed a consumer protection lawsuit against a company that owns Value Village, saying the company has deceived thousands of Washington consumers and donors for more than a decade. The suit, filed Wednesday in King County Superior Court, alleges that TVI Inc., of Bellevue, has used deceptive marketing that led consumers and donors to believe that Value Village is a nonprofit or charity and that that all types of donations and purchases benefited charity.
