Ryder Cup: Ranking the opening 4 Friday morning matches from awesome to awesome...ist
The Friday morning matches at the Ryder Cup are perfect.
After what has felt like endless days of practice rounds and hot takes, the 43rd Ryder Cup is finally set to get underway Friday morning… and now we know what the four opening matches will be… and they are all awesome.
I mean, these first four matches are going to make it tough for me to sleep tonight. All of them are perfect. All of them are fire. All of them are just the gosh darn best.
The Friday morning matches are foursomes, meaning it’s an alternate-shot format. Bryson DeChambeau didn’t make the cut for the Americans, which was expected because he’s not really suited for this format. I absolutely expect to see him in the afternoon four balls on Friday and Saturday.
We’ll find out the Friday afternoon matches later Friday morning when the morning matches are nearing an end.
