And now were thinking Old Trafford for the first game of the Euros.I think we should all be proud of the work thats being done. It is a brave and unbelievably correct decision by the FA to say the game has gone so far so lets take it to a bigger place, and I think it will be one of those occasions you will remember for a long, long time in your career.Holland are the reigning champions in the competition winning on home soil in 2017, where they beat England in the last four en route to the final.Holland beat England in the semi-finals of Euro 2017 (Mike Egerton/PA)Neville hopes his players can use the energy of a crowd to their benefit and feels they will be ready to handle big occasions by the time the tournament, the 13th edition, comes around.He said: I heard stuff the other day about having a Euros in your home nation and the pressures, expectations of that and all those negative things, but its at home.We should be seeing it as a massive advantage for our players to go out there with 75,000 England supporters.What we have to do now, which started in Middlesbrough in terms of our programme over the next 12 months, is to expose our players to big occasions so when they come to Old Trafford, its just like another occasion. Its like going into your grandmothers front room, having a cup of tea, thats how it should be.Making our mark in Middlesbrough. Match day can't come quick enough pic.twitter.com/JUDkg2GXso Lionesses (@Lionesses) October 4, 2019There were 30,000 at the Middlesbrough game, then the Wembley game here which was another bit of expectation and handling the pressure. The games next year will reflect the venues we hope to choose from, its all part of the process.Brentfords Community Stadium, set to open this summer, will be one of five venues based in the south used for Euro 2021 alongside Wembley, St Marys, the Amex and Stadium MK, the home of MK Dons.In addition to Old Trafford, Sheffield Uniteds Bramall Lane, Manchester Citys Academy Stadium, New York Stadium the home of Rotherham and Leigh Sports Village will be the other grounds to host fixtures in the tournament.Phil Neville led England Women to fourth place at the 2019 World Cup (John Walton/PA)Neville said: I think its easier to sell, going to a game at Old Trafford, because theres that excitement.Theres probably parents of young children that have dreamt of going to Old Trafford. Thats why its such an exciting occasion.You hope the spin-off from that is that they want to go to Leigh Sports Village when the season starts after.(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
