ArsenalArsenal’s need for defensive solidity has been obvious for a very long time. The Gunners have teenage centre-back William Saliba arriving in the summer - he was signed from Saint-Etienne last summer and loaned back for the season - but still need reinforcements. The Scot’s Arsenal career is yet to really begin - he’s currently out with a shoulder problem until March and struggled early on in the season with fitness issues too. Lampard has often opted for the likes of Mason Mount and Willian in wide spots, though Mount can also play as a no. 10. Title-winning captain Wes Morgan is now 35 years old and Filip Benkovic left the field against Wigan with a knee injury. Whilst Leicester may not shell out for an expensive new defender, they could well buy a young player to groom into a future star.The Foxes are also in the market for someone who can share Jamie Vardy’s burden of providing goals. Leicester have relied mostly on Harvey Barnes and Ayoze Perez on the wings, with Kelechi Iheanacho making the odd appearance - sometimes in a front two - with Vardy. Leicester would welcome a wide goalscorer this window, should one become available.On top of these targets, there is ever-growing interest in Ben Chilwell from other clubs. Despite this, the Reds may well welcome new recruits in the event of summer targets becoming available now.Positions needed: LWPlayers signed: Takumi MinaminoPlayers linked with: Kylian Mbappé, Sandro Tonali, Timo WernerManchester CityManchester City have had an injury-stricken season, with stars Aymeric Laporte and Leroy Sané sidelined for months on end. Another forward to challenge for a place in the starting line-up could be exactly the boost that the Citizens need in their bid for the Champions League.Elsewhere, Guardiola is thought to be open to strengthening across the pitch, with pursuits for a new left-back and central midfielders being considered. It’s heavily rumoured that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will bring an attacker to the club, should the right one present himself in the market.Along with the lack of goals, the lack of chances that United create is a concern. Tanguy Ndombele has suffered a stop-start first season in English football and Mousa Sissoko is also sidelined. Harry Winks is thought to be out of favour with Jose Mourinho too - Gedson Fernandes certainly provides extra legs in the engine room, though.After selling Kieran Trippier to Atletico Madrid last summer, Tottenham may look to recruit a new right-back in this window. Serge Aurier struggled to impress under Mauricio Pochettino and beyond the Ivorian, there isn’t too much depth.
