MLS lands on planet Pluto with free streaming channel
May 14 – Major League Soccer (MLS) has opened up a new broadcast content channel with the announcement of the launch on the Pluto TV free streaming service of its own channel (Ch. 203).
Pluto TV is owned by US media and movie giant Viacom, and has more than 100 live and original channels and thousands of on-demand movies on its platform. It boasts 16 million monthly active users.
The MLS channel will be streamed free and will broadcast classic matches and original features including The Movement,
