Italy on Thursday made its anti-COVID 'green pass' obligatory for all employees, in a bid to boost vaccine rates ahead of the winter flu season. The law, which will penalise workers who are unvaccinated or do not have proof of a recent negative coronavirus test, is set to come into effect on October 15. A new inclusive theatre work, featuring people with intellectual disabilities, will be staged at Spazju Kreattiv, in Valletta  next month. A leading member of the local Somali community who was found with €160,000 in undeclared cash at the airport has pleaded not guilty to money laundering.  Ali Muuse Igaale, 40, was escorted to court from the Corradino Correctional Facility where he has been detained since an arraignment on August 23. Two asylum seekers who  used forged documents to flee Greece with two Turkish mothers and two toddlers in July have had their prison term confirmed by a court that is calling for a change in the authorities' “rigid” approach to such cases.
