I refuse to waste any sauces and have the best hack for getting it all out of the bottle – it’s simple physics
A WOMAN has revealed a super easy way to get the last bits out of any sauce bottle – and it works every time.
Julia Ryann shared how spinning the bottle around at speed helps to release all the remaining product.
This means no more banging it on the table or dangerously trying to scrape the reminders out with a knife.
The savvy content creator, known online as @juliaryanntiktok, explained that she was using ‘centrifugal force’.
Collins Online Dictionary explains this as: “In physics, centrifugal force is the force that makes objects move outwards when they are spinning around something or travelling in a curve.”
In a new TikTok reel, she said: “Me every time I see a nearly empty condiment bottle after learning about centrifugal force.”
During the 11-second video, Julia was seen swinging her arm in a clockwise motion while holding a bottle of Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce.
She then opens the lid and pours the remainder into a glass dish – without shaking or squeezing the bottle.
Below the clip, she added: “Do I look crazy? Yes. Does it work? Yes.”
In the comments, another TikTokker explained how the trick works, commenting: “The sauce is going outwards, she has the cap facing out. She uses centripetal force to make it spin and the centrifugal force is what moves the sauce.”
Fans loved the simple hack, with the video gaining more than 395, 200 likes and 3.4 million views.
In the comments, others shared their reactions, with one writing: “OMG my shampoo is about to lose this next battle.”
Another said: “Why have I never done this?”
“With my luck, the cap would fly off mid-swing,” another joked.
A fourth added: “Works w skincare too.”
