Library, school house among 4 additions to historic register
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A school house, a library, a town meetinghouse and old railroad abutments are the four newest additions to the New Hampshire State Register of Historic Places.
In addition to preserving cultural significance, a designation as a historical site can make properties eligible for grants and give relief from some building regulations.
