Police kill cow on Farrington Highway, cause traffic jam
HONOLULU (AP) — Honolulu police shot and killed a cow that had escaped its pasture and was wandering around the Farrington Highway, causing major delays.
Drivers watched the animal cross lanes through traffic and charge at several people.
"The cow became agitated, and the officers were forced to take action," Honolulu Police Department spokeswoman Michelle Yu said.
