(AP) — A bill that would have restricted which locker rooms South Dakota transgender students could use was scuttled Tuesday, for now averting another bitter fight in the Capitol over the regulation of school facilities. LOGAN, Utah (AP) — A former Utah State football player convicted of drug and gun charges has been sentenced to a month in jail. Police arrested Christopher Copier in April after undercover agents say they bought drugs from him and served a search warrant that turned up a quarter-pound of marijuana, dozens of ecstasy pills, psychedelic mushrooms and a bag of Xanax.

The brothers explained that their company was founded by immigrants and went on to vow to help employees impacted by restrictions on travel from seven Muslim countries.
