According to state police, McKinney also allegedly embezzled $785 and an 8-ounce brick of marijuana not submitted to the department's evidence vault.

Former school custodian loses appeal of sex crime sentence RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — A former elementary school custodian in Rapid City who pleaded guilty to enticing teenage girls to email him explicit photographs has lost an appeal to the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

A video posted online showed about 10 far-right protesters hurling abuse at Gabriel and praising his late father, an ardent believer in Nazism. In recent months, far-right groups have repeatedly interrupted meetings between German politicians and voters to protest the government's refugee policy.

Investigators say the victim was walking with friends around 1:15 a.m. Sunday when they were confronted by the suspect and a fight broke out.
