CROYDON, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire judge has ruled against the Croydon School Board in a dispute with state officials over whether the board can use public money to pay private school tuition for four students. The state's lawyer says the students can still attend the Newport Montessori School, but paying private school tuition with public funds is a matter for lawmakers to consider.

(AP) — The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville's chief fundraiser has resigned his post, one month after his department was reorganized. Associate Vice Chancellor Mark Power will take over Wyrick's position while the university searches for a replacement.

PODGORICA, Montenegro (AP) — Montenegro's state TV says the Balkan country's last known 'virgina,' or sworn virgin who lived her life in a role of a man, has died in her mid-80s. (AP) — Five students who accused a former principal of molesting them have settled their lawsuits with the Fresno-area school district. The Fresno Bee reports (http://bit.ly/2asTyhC ) that the students say former superintendent and principal of Orange Center Elementary School District Lance Clement molested them inside his office during the 2013-2014 school year.

Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 64 cents per share. Pfizer expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.38 to $2.48 per share, with revenue in the range of $51 billion to $53 billion.

(AP) — A former Horse Cave company employee is accused of putting over 100 shards of glass into the sleeves of drinking cups that were to be distributed to multiple states. The Bowling Green Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/2aoNyFr) court records show 41-year-old Waylon J. Horton of Munfordville was arrested Wednesday on 139 counts each of first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a destructive device or booby trap.

MIAMI (AP) — In a highly unusual travel warning, health officials advised pregnant women to avoid a part of Miami where mosquitoes are apparently transmitting Zika directly to humans. Health officials last Friday announced that mosquitoes have apparently started spreading Zika on the U.S. mainland, citing four cases they strongly believe were caused by bites.
