Raiders LG Kelechi Osemele active vs. 49ers

Raiders left guard Kelechi Osemele, who has missed the last three games with a knee injury, is active for tonight’s game against the 49ers at Levi’s Stadium.

That puts the Raiders’ offensive line, which was down to its third-string left guard in Week 6 in London, back close to full strength. The Raiders had to carry eight offensive linemen into their last game against the Colts because of injuries along the line.

Cornerback Rashaan Melvin, notably, is inactive for a second consecutive game. Melvin has not been active since he complained about a lack of playing time against the Seahawks in London. A starter the first five games, Melvin is inactive even after veteran cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie retired this week.
