1 Arizona evacuations: A wildfire in north-central Arizona continued to grow Monday and has burned an unknown number of structures, officials said. The blaze, which started Friday about nine miles from the town of Clints Well, swelled to more than 13 square miles and forced the evacuation of several nearby communities. The Coconino County Board of Supervisors declared a state of emergency. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
2 Conservation suit: Environmental groups on Monday sued the Trump administration for selling oil and gas leases on public lands in the West while allegedly ignoring policies meant to protect an imperiled bird.
