Warriors’ Kevin Durant to miss Clippers game
Warriors forward Kevin Durant is out Saturday afternoon against the Clippers with a strained right calf.
The other five players previously listed on Golden State’s injury report — Omri Casspi (mid back strain), Stephen Curry (sprained right ankle), Draymond Green (right knee soreness), Andre Iguodala (left knee soreness) and David West (sprained right ankle) — are available.
Casspi is back after missing the past two games. It surprised some that Curry, who has thrived in the three games since his return from a sprained ankle, was initially listed as probable with that same ankle sprain.
“That’s the first time I had ever heard about that,” head coach Steve Kerr said.
