Week of Dec. 18:Adial Pharmaceuticals - Charlottesville, Va., 1.4 million shares, managed by Joseph Gunnar. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ADIL. Business: Developing a targeted therapy for alcohol use disorder based on an approved drug.
Advantage Insurance - Puerto Rico, 10 million shares, priced $9-$11, managed by Raymond James/JMP Securities. Proposed NYSE symbol AVI. Business: Provides life insurance to high-net-worth clients and P&C insurance to SMBs.
Hancock Jaffe Laboratories - Irvine, Calif., 1.9 million shares, priced $6-$8, managed by WallachBeth Capital/WestPark Capital.
