Export-Import Bank backers roll over conservative foes, force House vote on its renewal
Supporters of renewing the U.S. Export-Import Bank, a key tool used by U.S. firms to sell goods overseas, used an arcane procedure on Friday to overcome conservative opposition and force the House of Representatives to vote on reauthorization of the bank.
