The health insurer and Medicaid coverage provider will expand into New York by buying Fidelis Care for $3.75 billion.
Nordstrom Inc., up $2.69 to $47.74
CNBC reported that members of the Nordstrom family are getting closer to a deal to buy the department store chain.
Western Digital Corp., down $3.04 to $85.74
Toshiba said it will sell its computer memory business to a consortium, not Western Digital, which wants to buy it.
Power Integrations Inc., down $2.45 to $71.45
The company, which makes integrated circuits used for power conversion, and other electronics companies linked to Apple traded lower.
