Visa liberalization - first comments of Foreign Minister
The European Commission will address in the near future the European Parliament and the European Council with legislative initiative, which provides for the granting of visa-free travel for Georgia.
The Foreign Ministe made a statement during the conversation with the Kurieri correspondent however, he did not name a specific date. Janelidze said that all the obligations have been fulfilled.
The Ambassador of georgia to the kingdom of Belgium, Natalia Sabanadze said that Georgia and Ukraine will be considered separatly regarding decision on granting visa-free travel.
This statement was made by the Foreign Minister in Brussels where he was meeting with Deputy Secretary General of NATO Alexander Vershbow. He also will take part in the NATO-Georgia Commission.
