So with our signings to date what would everyone's first choice 17 be for the start if the season? My squad is based on the fact Cudjoe wont be fit for the start of the season and its looking likely Uate wont be either - hes still having issues with his ankle.

Busy when I was there just after 12.00. Big Dave looks raring to go. Milky, BJB, Kopczak and Broughy there. Long queues for merchandise and very long queues for season tickets.

Have to say that both shirts look great "in the flesh" especially the away shirt, which I was pleasantly surprised with.
It's a pity that they're all "100% polyester" but, great work on both

Very busy during the hour i was there this morning 11-12 ish, good turn out of players and fans. There seemed to be a lot of merchandise being sold along the Christmas jumpers. I saw MC behind the counter helping out, there was the buzz about the place, Big Dave looks well the new lad from London looks as if he’s just left school. Exactly. Scratch behind the gimmicks and exaggerated ambitions and you can see the club's mindset is amateurish.

It looks like we're in for another disappointing off season of recruitment where we fail to close the gap on teams ahead of us.

If we carry on where we finished last year - losing games, playing uninspiring rugby, then the season coming up is going to see the fan base agitated, booing the team off, demanding change, calling for heads to roll.

So the sale of 200 season tickets is considered good at this stage.The club is deluded because if supporters believed the aspirations of promotion next season the figure would be higher.If like me the signing of Peltier prompted thoughts of returning to the fold as a new leaf had been turned,they were almost immediately reversed as no one else to get excited about has been brought to the club.So unless amongst these trialists and others being spoken to there are some who would make me change my mind... Saints (apart from last year, yuk)
Hull
Leeds

The worst offenders imo are
Cas
Wigan
Hudds (but have got better recently)

Why I don’t know, Wigan are a bit limited colour and design wise but the other two have plenty of options.
